Use of the service
SpinWheelify is provided free of charge for personal and educational use. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, or misrepresent random results as guaranteed outcomes in commercial contests without appropriate disclosures.
Randomness
The wheel uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator. While designed to give every entry an equal chance, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any decisions made using the service, including contest outcomes, giveaways, or any other selection process. Your wheels are stored locally; you are responsible for backing up any data you care about.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
